The Battery Compartment Repair Kit services worn or oxidized battery compartment springs and rubber grommet for EOTech 512/552 Holographic Weapon Sights. This kit is only for Model 512 and 552 sights manufactured prior to January of 2009. NOTE: Inspect the silver &lsquodog bone&rsquo contacts inside the battery cap. If the &lsquodog bone&rsquo is missing or corroded, the battery cap is not serviceable and must be replaced.
